Mentiora achieves SOC 2 Type II

Our SOC 2 Type II audit is complete. Prescient Security performed the audit in accordance with American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) standards for SOC for Service Organizations, also known as SSAE 18. The report covers the Mentiora Platform for the observation period of April 15 to July 15, 2026, and it is our first certification as a company.

Getting a young company through a first Type II audit took contributions from everyone. The controls under audit touch hiring, vendor contracts, infrastructure, and day-to-day engineering practice, so the evidence came from every corner of the company. We run our compliance program on Vanta, and its continuous monitoring helped us catch gaps early! Prescient Security ran a thorough audit and a tight process from kickoff to report. The result belongs to the whole team.

SOC 2 Type II is renewed every year, and we have already started preparing for the next audit period. The controls stay in place and Vanta keeps monitoring them, so most of the evidence for the next report will accumulate as we work.
