About the Role

Mentiora is a platform providing end-to-end AI solutions owned by the customer, including agents, chatbots, moderation, and communication control systems.

Our solutions are workflow products with embedded governance, release-grade acceptance criteria, and rigorous evaluation harnesses. We engineer for production environments by empowering businesses to explicitly define their exact requirements and constraints. This ensures every agent is safe, measurable, and directly drives business metrics, for example conversion rates or operational costs.

We are now looking for a founding commercial leader to help translate this value into real customer adoption and build the commercial function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales pipeline end-to-end: Find, qualify, and close new leads with a focus on strategic high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Focus on Outbound: You will primarily generate your own leads, owning the hunt for strategic partners.
  • Drive Market Presence: Act as a vocal brand ambassador and industry thought leader, building trust through active professional engagement and public narrative.
  • Maintain sales discipline: Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on the pipeline status on a regular basis.
  • Define and validate target customer segments and ideal customer profiles (ICP) for high-value enterprise AI workflows.
  • Build and execute outbound and inbound lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover operational gaps preventing stakeholders from deploying AI.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to signed agreement.
  • Deliver product demonstrations that highlight both the solution's capabilities and the quality governance behind it.
  • Collaborate closely with founder, product, and engineering teams to refine positioning.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales track record in B2B SaaS, with a strong preference for AI-related solutions.
  • Ability to identify and close strategic high-value enterprise accounts (focus on quality).
  • Technical Depth: Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts (LLM evals, workflows) to technical buyers (CTOs, AI Leads).
  • Strong Industry Presence: A demonstrated ability to lead market conversations and build a professional brand (e.g., active LinkedIn engagement).
  • Ownership mindset, with experience building pipeline in early-stage environments and navigating undefined markets to reach prospective customers.
  • Strategic & Consultative: Ability to sell business-critical solutions by connecting them to strategic objectives (revenue, risk, compliance).
  • Strong collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to partner closely with founder, product and engineering teams to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical (e.g. CTOs, AI/ML, Product leaders) and non-technical audiences.
